Colin E. Tongs – is the founder and President of MSTC.  Colin founded the Loverock Group of Companies in South Africa in 1969, and prior to that was the Marketing Director of a subsidiary of Trafalgar House, from 1964 to 1968. He has been a director of numerous South African, UK companies and US companies, including: Trollope & Colls, Trefgarne Limited, and TransWorld Network.        Mr. Tongs is the founder of MSTC and has an extensive knowledge not only of the technical aspects of the Company’s business, but also has been responsible for some of the inventive designs of the company’s patents; he also has a wide knowledge of the market place in the UK, Europe, and the U.S. Colin has a Masters Degree in Law and business management, and is the holder and licensed of both Helicopter and fixed wing aircraft..

 

 

Anthony Bevan – has been a director of MSTC since January 1998. Mr. Bevan has held Directorships in various multi-national companies, including: Courtaulds, British American Tobacco, and Tollemache & Cobbald Breweries. Mr. Bevan was educated at Cambridge University, with an honors degree in Economics, an MA (Hon) Cantab. Cambridge, and at Auckland University with a degree in Business. In 1991, Mr. Anthony Bevan was awarded a French Knighthood, (Chevalier), for his services in Sports.  Mr. Bevan was the captain of the English Tennis Team (Davis Cup) in 1993, played International Rugby for England and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 1994.

Bruce F. Burton, practiced law as a partner with two national firms--Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, and  Faegre & Benson in Minneapolis. Mr. Burton specialized in corporate law, tax, corporate finance, securities, public utility, energy, international law, venture capital and bankruptcy. Mr. Burton was general counsel to a nonprofit corporation in Santa Barbara, CA. He has international business and management background as CEO of a finance company and experience in the preparation of corporate business plans and other financial documentation as a merchant banker in Paris, France and Beijing, China. He is experienced in nonprofit operations and fundraising. He also has experience in Workers' Compensation claim preparation and recovery appearances in Court as Project Director for the CA Department of Health Services in Southern California. Published Legal Articles Author, "Interstate Placement of Juveniles," Probs. 171 (1967). Education: American InterContinental University, IL Master of Education, Columbia University, School of Law, J.D., cum laude and national scholar Columbia University, School of Public Law & Government, NY, M.A. in Political Science, Master's thesis on President Woodrow Wilson, University of Washington, Seattle, WA B.A., School of Political Science.

 MSTC’s management team includes founders with extensive experience in rehabilitative medicine and in the design and development of novel medical device technology. Furthermore, active consultation is being provided by a serial entrepreneur and technology development expert.

Ms. Victoria DaCosta -- a Biological Dental Hygiene Consultant who has been a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist for 20 years. She presents nationally on dental hygiene technology and wellness while also publishing her column, “Hy-Tech,” in the RDH magazine in past issues. She is the member of both the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine and participates in a think tank on developing wellness programs for Fortune 500 executives on Wall Street and the insurance industry. Ms. DaCosta has been a pioneer in the Whole Health management program of dental hygiene, as co-founder of the Santa Barbara Dental Spa; she consults practitioners on wellness science and technology implementations into their practices. Realizing the need for a back office dental hygiene Whole Health management software application, after her experience in over 600 dental offices nationwide, she has enlisted with the most respected professionals in the industry to develop an innovative approach to expanding the skill sets of the Registered Dental Hygienist. The result is her creation of SaluDent International, Inc., producing the first Whole Health management application – StrawBerry - Early Detection Mouth & Body Wellness Software Technology. This is only the beginning of the innovations Ms. DaCosta will bring to the company and its future.

John W. Tongs – has extensive experience in the practical application of technologies applied in the field of medicine,including: x-ray fluorescence techniques, nuclear medicine, gas chromatograph - mass spectrometer, computerized systems for chemical and pathological determinations, high-pressure ion exchange, and liquid chromatography for the determination of amino acids in physiological fluids.  Mr. Tongs was trained on the technical aspects of servicing the “Ozonosan” Device as manufactured by Hänsler GmbH.  Mr. John Tongs is the brother of Colin Tongs. 

Theodor PatockaDirector, is a management consultant with particular expertise in human resources. Mr. Patocka has worked for more than 25 years with senior management in a wide variety of industries throughout Europe and in the United States, including: Hay, IBM, and Gemini Consulting. His work with his clients has given him a good practical understanding of what it takes to make a company successful.
